Bauen Abode, founded by Regan Kuchel, a qualified carpenter with 17 years of experience, was born from a passion for working with character and heritage-style homes, blending traditional charm with modern craftsmanship.

With a broad background in construction, Regan has collaborated with residential builders on new homes, renovations and extensions, as well as worked on major industrial and mining projects across Australia. This diverse experience has provided him with an in-depth understanding of materials, techniques and the unique challenges that come with each project - large or small.

Baúen (pronounced bow-en, with "bow" as in cow) means “to build” and Abode means home. Together, Bauen Abode reflects our dedication to enhancing our clients' homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship and practical solutions that create lasting value.
